Lean Six Sigma Workshop (July 13, 10h00-12h30)

Description

In the workshop participants will analyze a case study that was developed based on a real world Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project. The project was developed by a student from Aalto University, Helsinki, who attended the ESTIEM (European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course. The project was developed for a Finnish constructing company, that was building an extension to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The project was related to assembly of structural frame and how complete it even faster.
Laptop with Excel/Minitab & PowerPoint is needed for the workshop.
