For this conference, the following registration fees apply.

Student*	125 €	175 €

* To qualify a student, the delegate must present a valid student card. A copy of your valid student identification card must be submitted at the time of pre-registragion. You will also be asked to present your student identification card at the registration desk on-site.

Upon request, a formal letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Portugal may be issued by the Organization. Please contact us through the email provided (icopev@dps.uminho.pt).

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Payment of Conference fees will be exclusively made by bank transfer. A Registration Document (which you can found here) must be completed and sent to icopev@dps.uminho.pt , together with a copy of the bank transfer details. In the transfer details please indicate "ICOPEV_last name" (example: ICOPEV_Smith)

Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
